In an effort to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), MHA will operate at a limited capacity for the protection of residents & staff. The MHA maintenance department will only respond to emergency needs until further notice. These requests can be reported through normal procedures during regular operating hours. Please continue to only use the emergency number for emergencies occurring after hours. MHA offices should be notified if anyone in the home is ill so necessary precautions can be taken. Monthly services for pest control & filter changing will continue as scheduled. Please refer to MHA’s emergency list to be aware of what will be handled at this time.

Create Work Orders Online


To make create a work order online, you must first register an account on our online Resident Portal.

Once logged in, click the "Work Order" option under the "Tenant" tab.

*Important Notice: Only '1' work order can be submitted per day. All work orders are subject to review and revision before being processed by Morristown Housing Authority. Please do not include more than '1' issue per work order.
